Our business began when our soon-to-be first customer called us with a problem: they had recently transformed their business to do LED installs, but sometimes a large part of the contracts they fulfilled were paid for by the utility company. That meant huge amount of operating income had been tied up in rebate payments, and the utility company wouldn’t pay any faster. Banks refused to lend money against the rebate, and credit cards had limits that were just too low. Our soon-to-be customer asked us, “Can you help?”

The answer, as it turns out, was yes – and NRG Lease & Finance was born. Since then, we have been working with manufacturers, distributors, and contractors across the country to help them secure more and bigger jobs. We’ve developed our world-class financial products, so that they are tailor made to solve the cashflow problems our customers have faced. Like many of them, we are a family-owned business, so we know the importance of being paid on time every time.
